Processing Time:

  • Orders containing only “in-stock” items are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of order placement.
  • Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • For orders containing items that are not currently in stock, please refer to the specific product page on www.stylinwerkz.com for estimated processing and shipping times.

Shipping Method:

  • All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • The specific shipping service used (e.g., First Class, Priority Mail) will depend on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping option you select at checkout on www.stylinwerkz.com.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be posted to your order history on www.stylinwerkz.com.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the USPS website (https://www.usps.com/).
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues:

  • Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered by USPS, but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office directly to investigate the issue. Stylin Werkz LLC is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier and will not ship replacements in such cases. Please provide your tracking number to your local post office for assistance.
  • No Tracking Updates After 10 Business Days: If your order has not shown any tracking updates for 10 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us through the contact form on www.stylinwerkz.com. At this point, you will have the option to request a full refund or a replacement of your order (subject to availability).

Insurance:

  • All orders are automatically insured for up to $100 against loss or damage during shipping.
  • If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, you will have the option to do so during the checkout process on www.stylinwerkz.com. The cost of additional insurance will be calculated based on the value of your order.
