How It Works
Place Your Order
Choose the quantity and configuration you need, then place your order online. Once your order is received, we’ll contact you regarding your custom design.
$20 Custom Setup Fee
The setup fee applies to each unique design being prepared for production. If you order multiple sets using the same design, the setup fee only applies once.
We Create Your Mockup
After your order is placed, we’ll prepare a digital mockup of your custom design. This allows you to see how your design will look before anything goes into production.
Approve or Adjust
We’ll send your mockup for review. Need something changed? No problem. You can request adjustments before production.
Nothing goes into production until you approve the final design.
Your Design Goes Into Production
Once you approve the final design, your custom artwork is prepared for production. The finished 13mm film is produced specifically for your order.
We Assemble Your Puddle Lights
Once we receive the custom printed film, we precisely assemble it into the puddle light and prepare the finished units for inspection.
We Inspect and Prepare Your Order
Each completed puddle light is checked, packaged, and prepared for shipment before it leaves our shop.

Already have artwork? Great. Don’t have artwork? That’s okay too. We’ll work with you either way.
Provide Your Artwork
Have your logo, graphic, artwork, text, or design ready to go? Send it to us and we’ll prepare it for our production process.
