At Stylin Werkz, we know you’re excited to receive your order. That’s why we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible while providing reliable and affordable shipping options.

Shipping at a Glance

Order Processing

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST typically ship the following business day.

If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock or require additional processing time, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, which includes package tracking. Customers may also select expedited USPS shipping services during checkout when available.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over $100.

Eligible orders automatically receive the free shipping discount during checkout.

Shipping Insurance

Every order shipped by Stylin Werkz includes up to $100 of shipping insurance at no additional cost.

If you’d like additional shipping insurance, it can be added during checkout for an additional fee based on your order total.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is also available in your account order history.

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for USPS tracking information to become available.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our retail store in Los Fresnos, Texas during normal business hours.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping

Stylin Werkz proudly ships to customers around the world.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If you discover an error after your order has been placed, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Delivery Issues

Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive My Package

If USPS tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first contacting your local post office. They often have additional delivery information, including GPS delivery confirmation.

While we’re unable to replace packages confirmed as delivered by USPS, we’ll gladly provide any information we can to assist you with your claim.

No Tracking Updates After 10 Business Days

If your shipment has not received any tracking updates for 10 business days after it was shipped, please contact us. We’ll investigate the shipment and, if necessary, offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
