Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include the original product packaging
- Include all accessories, hardware, manuals, and components originally supplied with the product
Products that are returned incomplete, damaged by misuse, or missing original components may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or closeout merchandise

Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as Stylin Werkz is not responsible for return packages lost during transit.
How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain return instructions.
We’ll review your request and provide the information needed to complete your return as quickly as possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us process your claim with the shipping carrier, please:
- Take clear photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and damaged item.
- Keep all packaging materials exactly as received.
- Do not discard the shipping box or packing materials until the claim has been completed, as the carrier may request to inspect the shipment.
Once your claim has been reviewed, we’ll work with you to provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products sold by Stylin Werkz are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you experience a product failure during the warranty period, please contact us first. We’ll guide you through the warranty process and handle the claim directly with the manufacturer whenever possible.
